Shipping & Returns
We offer delivery world wide, with pick up options in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia. Dispatch occurs daily for delivery within Australia and on Wednesdays and Fridays for the rest of the world.
Alternatively, there is a shipping calculator available on our website that you would be able to access via your cart.
If you can find a cheaper courier, feel free to contact us to organise your own shipping.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (excluding any shipping charges). All returns, exchanges, warranties are return to base whereas the buyer is responsible of all shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us first and please do use a postal service with a tracking number as we cannot refund any products that don't make it back to us.
Our products come with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.
We can ship to most address within the Australia Post network including their international service. Note that there are restrictions on some products. There is a shipping calculator on the website when you add items into your cart.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
We do ship internationally but currently all orders are still shipped from our warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia. So please double check the import laws for your country as you may need to pay custom duties, VAT, tax and so on to your country. Please contact your local post office for more information.
We use our local postal service Australia Post to dispatch our products to you - the tracking number is universal for your local post office, so if you cannot find enough information in the Australia Post system we have linked for you, please do try entering the same tracking number into your local post services as your item would be most likely handed over into their postal service once it lands into your country. For example, USPS uses the same tracking number for shipments from us to the United States, Deutsche Post for Germany and Royal Mail for those mail bound to UK so be sure to check your local post website to get the most information from our tracking number system. This is especially handy when you are not getting any more info on Australia Post - in saying that, please feel free to contact us should you require any assistance with tracking.
